What This Is
The Coaching Leader is a 6-week virtual programme for managers and leaders who want to build real coaching skills — not just the theory, but the practical confidence to have better conversations from the Monday after Week 1.
You’ll learn two frameworks — GROW and OSCAR — and understand when and how to use each one. You’ll practise on real situations. You’ll leave with a coaching toolkit that belongs to you.

- A participant workbook to use between sessions — reflection prompts, action logs, a coaching conversation tracker

The Investment
Founding member price: £950
