Inspire OD exists because we believe organisations thrive when their people do. We were founded on a simple but powerful conviction: that transformation, whether personal, team-wide, or organisational, starts with self-awareness, honest conversations, and the right support.
At our core, we’re organisational development specialists. We use OD methodology, grounded in behaviour science to help organisations navigate change, build capability, and create cultures where people and performance flourish. Within that OD framework, we deploy Coaching and Insights Discovery as supporting tools to unlock understanding, shift behaviours, and drive sustainable transformation.
We work with organisations who are ready to invest in their people. Whether that’s through one-to-one executive coaching, team development using Insights Discovery, or strategic OD initiatives, we’re focused on helping you build genuine self-aware leadership, teams that understand themselves, and the conditions where real growth is possible. Hello, my name is Ashleigh
Managing Director and founder of Inspire OD.
My career has been rooted in supporting people and organisations through change, from the NHS and higher education to local authorities. Along the way, I discovered that the leaders who truly transform their organisations are those who’ve invested in knowing themselves first. That’s become the heart of what I do.
I’m an organisational development consultant with deep expertise in OD change initiatives, leadership and talent development, and people and culture change. My toolkit includes Coaching and Insights Discovery, both powerful enablers within the broader OD work. Everything I do is anchored in behaviour science principles that actually drive sustainable change.
I launched Inspire OD in 2023 after years of wanting to go solo. I’d held back, doubts and fears of visibility got in the way, but I realised that playing it safe meant not reaching the organisations and people who needed this work. I was once uplifted by brilliant leaders and teachers, and now I’m dedicated to creating those same lightbulb and Inspirational moments for others. As a qualified Coach and Insights Discovery practitioner, that’s what drives me every single day.
I bring my whole self to this work, the lived experience, the mistakes, the learning, because that’s where the real impact happens.
